O R D E R
This writ petition has been directed against the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.6346/2011/sapa dated 10.09.2012.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous, since, the petitioner has come to this Court with this writ petition, challenging the reinstatement of the 5th respondent into service of the 4th respondent/Co-operative Credit Society, who, after reinstatement, again suffered Disciplinary Proceedings and subsequently, faced removal of service from the 4th respondent/Co-operative Credit Society. 3.
Learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent also submitted that, the petitioner, who is another member of the Co-operative Credit Society, cannot challenge the reinstatement order, since, the 5th respondent has subsequently suffered an order of removal from service and has already left the service of the Co-operative Credit Society. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel, nothing survives in this writ petition for further consideration. Hence, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
