ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.04.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Crime No.148 of 2015 for offence under Section 379 IPC. The said statement is recorded.

4.In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
