[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 39 days in filing the above writ appeal.
2. Heard Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned ASG for Mr.R.Sreedhar, learned AGP (Pondicherry) for the petitioners. He submits that the second respondent is not the main contesting respondent and therefore the petitioners want to give up the second respondent. Recording the same, the second respondent shall be deleted from the array of parties.
3. Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu takes notice for the first respondent and he has no serious objection in allowing the petition.
4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission on 03.02.2026, if the papers are otherwise in order.
