Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 21.01.2013 Ref. No. W.D.C.No. PPA/WDC07/14070/2012 and quash the same in so far as the same insisting on payment of Open Space Reservation Charges of Rs.6,28,000/- and Regularization Charges Rs.24,000/- from the petitioner and consequently direct the respondent authority to grant planning

permission in respect of the proposed construction in the petitioner's Plot No.2, Ayyappa Nagar Extension, comprised in Survey Nos.7/1B and 7/1C, New Survey No.7/1B2, Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk Tiruvallur District, measuring an 3133 sq.ft. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
