This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 4 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 20.08.2025 in F.C.O.P.No.504 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruvannamalai.

2.Notice had been directed to the respondents. Notice had been served and the names of the respondents are also printed in the cause list.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the respondents.

4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same in the usual course.
