JUDGMENT
On the last hearing date i.e, on 25.06.2021, this Court recorded that the steps taken by the learned counsel for the Appellant by filing applications to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole Appellant, have been returned by the Registry for certain compliance and hence, the learned counsel for the Appellant sought time to represent the same.
2. Today, the learned counsel for the Appellant has expressed his inability to represent the applications as according to him, he has not been contacted by the legal representatives of the deceased sole Appellant. Since steps have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
not been taken to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole Appellant, this second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
