ORDER : The Court Made the following order : The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under section 420 of I.P.C in Crime No.not known, on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that only a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

3. The petitioner is directed to co-operate for the enquiry. The respondent is also directed to complete the enquiry within four weeks and till such time, the petitioner shall not be arrested. If any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police will register the case following the decision of the Hon'ble Apex Court reported in 2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC) (Lalitha Kumari Vs. Govt. of U.P. & others).
