ORDER
[Order of the Court by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the daughter of the detenue viz., Tmt.Devika Denis, sought production of her mother.
2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2 as also learned counsel for respondents 3 and 4.

3. Affidavit of Swathiga Selvi/petitioner herein reads as follows:- "I respectfully submit that at the outset I render my unconditional apology before this Hon'ble Court, I have not intended either to mislead this Hon'ble Court or wrongfully make allegations towards respondents. My chief endeavor is to see my biological mother and to take care of my mentally retarded mother that too after attainment of my majority. After completion of my school education at Puducherry. I am doing my bachelor degree 3rd year in Human Resources at Paris University, France. On 13.09.2018 I am leaving to France to continue my studies.
Therefore in such circumstances being a student, I humbly pray that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to accept my unconditional apology and suitable order may be passed and thus render justice."
4. Accepting the affidavit and apology filed by the petitioner dated 10.09.2018, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
