JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that he has filed memo dated 02.01.2025 stating that the sole appellant died in the year 2005. Till today, no steps have been taken on behalf of the appellant to bring the Legal representatives of the sole appellant on record.
