This matter was taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the appellant.

2. The learned counsel for appellant would submit that this Court by an order dated 12.03.2025 disposed of the above Second Appeal. However, he would submit that in para 15 page 12, concluding portion, instead of mentioning that the above second appeal is allowed, it was mentioned as this Second Appeal is dismissed as no merit. Hence, she prayed to amend the same and requested to issue fresh order copy. Accordingly, the matter has been listed today.

3. Heard the contentions of learned counsel for appellant and perused the order.

4. Considering her submissions, Registry is directed to substitute the concluding portion of the judgment in para 15 page 12 as follows :- 1/3

"Therefore, the findings rendered by the first appellate court is set aside and the findings of the trial court is confirmed. This Second Appeal is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs."

5. Registry is directed to incorporate above correction in the Order of this Court in S.A.No.594 of 2007 dated 12.03.2025 and issue fresh order copy to the appellant.
