ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.06.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.06.2014 in CSR.No.126 of 2014 and the complaint lodged by the opposite party in CSR No.125 of 2014 were enquired and closed by the respondent police on 06.06.2014 and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
