Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.26014 of 2021 dated 29.12.2021 i.e. to deposit a sum of Rs. 10,000/- to the credit of The Chief Educational Officer, Villupuram District instead of District Green Committee, Villupuram and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.KUMARALINGAM, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.26014 of 2021, dated 29.12.2021.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court while at the time of passing order in Crl.O.P.No.26014 of 2021 dated 29.12.2021, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- in favour of District Green Committee, Villupuram. He would further submit that, on verification, it seems that there is no District Green Committee, Villupuram, formed so far.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police also conceded the same. 4.

Hence, in view of the above, the earlier order dated 29.12.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.26014 of 2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten Thousand only] to the credit of the Cancer Institute (WIA) (Regional Cancer Centre), Adyar, Chennai - 600020, bearing A/c.No.149710011005477, Andhra Bank, Madhya Kailash Branch.
