2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.On being satisfied with the averments assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, with costs.

Hence, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees one thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from today.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Second Appeal is restored to file.
