JUDGMENT

The second appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 20.11.2008 made in A.S.No.19 of 2004, on the file of the I Additional District Judge's Court at Coimbatore, reversing the judgment and decree dated 12.11.2002 made in O.S.No.1156 of 1992, on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Judge's Court at Coimbatore.
