2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

Considering the fact that the Writ Petition is filed only for early disposal of the Original Application, the Central Administrative Tribunal-I is directed to dispose of the above O.A.No.910/2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents shall file their counter before the Tribunal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
