CRIME NO.698/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.19947 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020 in Crime.No.698 of 2020 dated 17.10.2020, "the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and the 1st and 2nd petitioner shall report before the North Beach Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., and the 3rd petitioner shall report before the North Beach Police Station every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.SADDAM HUSSAIN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.

KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the conditions imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing the 1st and 2nd petitioners to report before the North Beach Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m. and the 3rd petitioner to report before the North Beach Police Station every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19947 of 2020, dated 15.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19947 of 2020 dated 15.12.2020, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
