The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.06.2025, for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) and 29(1) of NDPS Act in Crime No.91 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, petitioner's earlier bail petitions were dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32219 & 31993 of 2025, however, suppressing the same, present petition is filed.

3. Considering the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
