ORDER

There is no representation for the petitioner. Even according to the petitioner's averments in his affidavit, he has sought for patta transfer, as it has been wrongly entered in another person's name. Pursuant to the representation, dated 13.02.2012 itself, the second respondent-District Revenue Officer has sent enquiry notice to the petitioner and one Geetha to appear on 29.11.2013. orders are passed and if still the representation is kept pending without conducting enquiry, the second respondentDistrict Revenue Officer is directed to pass appropriate orders on the said representation after conducting necessary enquiry and giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and dispose of the said representation, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. The miscellaneous petition is closed.
