O R D E R

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4) of BNS Act in Crime No.184 of 2024, seeks inter state anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto had engaged the petitioner for construction purpose. Though the defacto complainant had paid money to the petitioner, the petitioner had obtained materials on credit basis without paying the vendor and hence the defacto complainant was put to severe hardship Hence , the case

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a false complaint has been given against the petitioner and he has nothing to do with the said allegations. He further submitted that inter State Anticipatory bail may be granted to the petitioner to enable him to move the appropriate jurisdictional Court for necessary relief.

4. Though notice was served on the first respondent none has entered appearance.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the defacto complainant.

6. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant interstate interim anticipatory bail to 2/5

the petitioner for a period of two weeks to enable him to move the concerned Competent Court.

7. Accordingly, interim interstate anticipatory bail is granted to the petitioner for a period of two weeks, on condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate -XVII, Saidapet, Chennai, within a period of seven days from the date on which the order copy made ready and the petitioner shall execute a bond a for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said learned Magistrate. Further, within two weeks from the date of execution of bail bond, the petitioner may approach the competent Court and seek appropriate relief. 17.02.2025 Vv To
