PRAYER: WP No.1732 of 2022 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent in No.X/P/608/MACP dated 03.09.2021 and quash the same and direct the respondents to grant financial upgradations to the petitioners as envisaged under the Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme with effect from the date of completion of 10/20 years of service in the post of Cook/Mate / Cook and grant all consequential benefits to the petitioners.
PRAYER: WP No.1525 of 2022 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent in No.X/P/608/MACP dated 12.10.2021 and quash the same and direct the respondents to grant financial upgradations to the petitioners as envisaged under the Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme with effect from the date of completion of 10/20/30 years of service in the post of Cook/Mate / Cook and grant all consequential benefits to the petitioners.
