JUDGMENT

This Court, by order dated 23.6.2021, made it clear that if steps were not taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant, the second appeal would stand automatically dismissed.

2. Since no steps have been taken to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant, in the light of the order dated 23.6.2021, the above second appeal is dismissed as abated.
