When this matter came up on the last hearing, i.e., on 24.11.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, this court had directed the original petition to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further. Therefore, this court is inclined to dismiss the original petition for non prosecution by the petitioner. This criminal original petition is dismissed accordingly for non prosecution.
