Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records from the files of the first respondent in I.D.No.2 of 2008 and 1/4

quash the award made therein dated 21.02.2011 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to enforce the settlement dated 17.05.2006 on the members of the petitioner union.

ORDER

This Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the awarded dated 21.02.2011 made in I.D.No.2 of 2008 and to consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to enforce the settlement dated 17.05.2006 on the members of the petitioner union.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. 2/4
