ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.737 of 2025 dated 06.01.2026, whereby the Trial Court directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police on every first working day of the English Calendar month at 10.30 A.M.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some of the co-accused in the same case have already been granted relaxation of similar conditions. Hence, he prayed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 5.

I have gone through the orders passed by the Trial Court, which is sought to be modified herein. It is seen that the petitioner has complied with the condition without any default from 05.06.2025 till date. 6.

Considering the above said submissions, and the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.737 of 2025 dated 06.01.2026, made by the Trial Court. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
