ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider the representation, dated 07.01.2025, of the petitioner by transferring 1/4

the investigation in crime No.133 of 2024, on the file of the CCB Avadi, Chennai, to some other competent impartial investigation officer and to initiate appropriate action against them.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that originally, after registration of the FIR in Crime No.133 of 2024, one Mr.Gopinath was the investigation officer. Subsequently, the investigation officer got transferred and now, a new investigation officer, namely, Ms.Subashini, has taken charge of CCB Avadi, Chennai. 4.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed.
