ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions has made an endorsement in the court bundle stating that the petitioner is willing to file an appeal before the third respondent as against the impugned order dated 12.11.2025 passed by the fifth respondent.

2.Admittedly, the impugned order is an appealable order and the appeal will have to be filed before the third respondent. 3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to file an appeal before the third respondent as against the impugned order dated 12.11.2025 passed by the fifth respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said

appeal within the stipulated time, the third respondent shall entertain the same and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, by adhering to the principles of natural justice as expeditiously as possible. Consequently, connected petitions are closed. No costs.
