This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: Mr.Niranjan Rajagopalan, learned counsel appears on behalf of the applicant. Mr. N. Rajan, learned SCGSC appears for respondents 1 to 4, there is no appearance on behalf of the respondents 5 & 6. Persused the records and pleadings.

2. In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant must be accepted.

3. In view of the same, the applicant is permitted to file photo copies of documents mentioned in the shedule to the application.
