ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of patta and for alteration of the FMB sketch for the properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. At the outset, he would submit that the petitioner will have to submit a fresh online application with the respondents and only thereafter, the petitioner application can be considered.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is willing to submit a fresh online application with the respondents. The said undertaking given by the petitioner is recorded.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner is directed to submit an online application seeking for issuance of patta for the properties morefully described in the prayer of this writ petition and if the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same on Page No.2 of 4
merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh online application to the 2nd respondent seeking for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner and his family members, for the properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application from the petitioner, the 2nd respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the same, after hearing the objections of all the necesarry parties, within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter. No costs.
