PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for all the records culminating in the impugned order Na.Ka.18103/R-1/2009 dated 09.05.2011 passed by the 1st respondent confirming the order of the 2nd respondent passed in Mu.Mu.2894/A3/2008 dated 09.11.2009 and of the order of the 3rd respondent passed in Na.Ka.No.A1-002-2007 dated 09.01.2008 and to quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner with all consequential service and other benefits.
