The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 279,337,304(a),304(2) of I.P.C in Crime No.634 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that already bail was granted to the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.481 of 2024 vide order dated 24.01.2024.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
