ORDER

The petitioners have approached the respondents with their representation dated 31.12.2020 for grant of house-site patta for her property measuring 2 1⁄2 cents in S.F.No.386/2Pc, Harijan Natham, Malaipalayam Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District.

2. Mr.M.Manigopi, learned Government Advocate submitted that an enquiry had taken place on 19.02.2021 and the petitioner's case is being favourably considered. He would submit that appropriate proceedings would be passed by the second respondent after the conclusion of the General Election-2021 of the Tamil Nadu State Legislative Assembly.

3. The Special Tahsildar, Adi-Dravidar Welafre, Coimbatore, the second respondent is now required to pass appropriate proceedings in accordance with law, on or before 31.05.2021.
