This Second Appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 27.06.2007 passed in A.S.No.138 of 2003 on the file of the Court of Additional District Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Court) Ariyalur, reversing the judgment and decree dated 21.12.1998, passed in O.S.No.107 of 1993, on the file of the Court of Principal District Munsif, Ariyalur.

2. It is seen that the Registry had issued notice to the appellant and the notice had been returned as "appellant died". Steps have not been filed for the sole appellant so far. No representation for the respondent also.
