The Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of CPC against the judgment and decree of Sub-Court, Panruti in A.S.No.19 of 2002 dated 09.01.2003 in and by which the learned Subordinate Judge reversed the judgement of the learned District Munsif, Panruti in O.S.No.260 of 1995 dated 08.03.2002. ORDER

This second appeal is filed against the judgment and decree of Sub-Court, Panruti in A.S.No.19 of 2002 dated 09.01.2003 in and by which the learned Subordinate Judge reversed the judgement of the learned District Munsif, Panruti in O.S.No.260 of 1995 dated 08.03.2002.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the sole appellant died. Therefore, the appeal itself is abated in the year 2014.

3. Though the sole appellant died in the year 2014 itself, till today the legal heirs of the sole appellant have not taken any step to bring themselves on record as party. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Accordingly, this second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
