This application has been filed to condone the delay of 334 days in representation of the RA.SR.No. 118130 of 2021 in W.P.No.11694 of 2012 dated 27.10.2021.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Tamilnadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Campus, Chennai on or before 24.02.2023, failing which this petition shall automatically stand dismissed.

4. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the main petition, if it is otherwise in order.
