ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 120B, 420, 423, 467 and 468 IPC in Cr.No.not known/2011, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was called on 25.06.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence the matter was adjourned to 30.06.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today when the matter is called, once again there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
