O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband of the detenue C.Kokila, directing the respondent to cause production of his wife/the detenue before this Court and to set her at liberty.

3.The detenue C.Kokila is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. Respondents 3 and 4 are also present before this Court.

4.On enquiry, the detenue states that she is aged about 20 years. According to her, there is no illegal detention of her by anybody and that she is willing to go along with her parents/respondents 3 and 4, who are also present before this Court.

5.Recording the statement made by the detenue to the effect that there is no illegal detention and that she is willing to go along with her parents, we are of the view that this petition could be closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.

6.Accordingly, this petition is closed.
