Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to take action against the third respondent as per the order of Na.Ka.P.D.No.3/8184/2012 dated 01.2014 passed by the first respondent for passing Resolution illegally and consequently direct the second respondent hereinafter to pay the petitioner with the monthly salary directly and to direct for the payment of the arrears of salary from April 2013 to till this date along with accrued benefits, with a penal interest at a rate of 18% per annum.
