This Writ Petition has been filed for direction forbearing the respondents from filling up the Clerk post in the third respondent society.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner submitted a representation seeking promotion to the post of Clerk. Now, the respondent assured that the petitioner will be promoted to the post of Clerk. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition and she has also made an endorsement in the Court

bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
