2.Today, it is represented that the sole appellant and the 1/3

first respondent had died. Counsel for the appellant seeks time to take steps for the deceased parties. 3.For taking steps, post the matter after four weeks." 2.Toady, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is seen from the records that till date no steps have been taken by the appellant to implead the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant and first respondent. 3.In view of the above, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
