ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30935 of 2024 by an order dated 12.12.2024 that the petitioner shall stay at Villupuram and report before the Inspector of Police, Villupuram Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent Police.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.30935 of 2024 by an order dated 12.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police every first Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
