Prayer in C.R.P.(PD)No.638 of 2018: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India against the fair and decreetal order passed in C.M.A.No.4 of 2018 dated 27.08.2018 on the file of the Court of Principal Subordinate Judge, Mayiladuthurai in reversing the fair and decreetal orders passed in I.A.No.740 of 2017 in O.S.No.142 of 2017 dated 29.01.2018 on the file of the Court of District Munsif, Sirkali.

ORDER

The above Civil Revision Petitions are filed challenging the order passed by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Mayiladuthurai in C.M.A.No.3 of 2018 and C.M.A.No.4 of 2018 in and by which the appeal filed by the respondent had been allowed.

2.It has been fairly conceded by the counsel for the petitioner that he is only seeking to dispose of the suit and the main dispute is with reference to the identity of the properties . Considering the fact that the issues have been framed in both the suits and subject matter is same the learned Judge shall take the two suits for joint trial and dispose of the same within a six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order or its production.

The above Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of on the above lines. There shall be no order as to costs.
