O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed questioning the punishment of censure imposed on the petitioner.

2. The punishment of censure, as such will have no civil consequences. Further, on perusal of the materials on record, it is noticed that the petitioner has already retired from service and as informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner has already died on 23.10.2014.

3. In the circumstances, the issues involved in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
