This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents "Not to Harass" the petitioner based on the false complaint lodged by Mr. Megaraj the defacto complainant dated 04.01.2019 under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The matter pertains to the property dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the respondents are directed to not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.

4. In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
