Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, producing a copy of the communication dated 11.09.2017 of the 2nd Respondent/Commissioner of Police, Chennai, submitted that the order under contempt has been complied with.

In view of the same, as the order under contempt has been complied with, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, it is made clear that if the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said order dated 11.09.2017 of the 2nd Respondent, it is open to him to challenge the same.
