ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging proceeding in Ref.No.HPDO1/X-3500 dated 29.01.2013 and consequently the decision to effect change in the hours of work by the first respondent vide its decision in Ref.No.MPE/Shief Patterns/3664 dated 31.01.2013 and consequently forbear them from effecting any changes to the terms and conditions of employment, including hours of work etc., without notice to the employees and without their consent.

Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this present
petition. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect. 3.
Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to cost.
