(i) The counsel who appeared for petitioner is Mr.S.Vijayakumar. However, in the order, it is mentioned as Mr.V.Padmanabhan. (ii) In paragraph No.5 of the order dated 04.11.2016, the sentence 'The act of the petitioner complained of is not amenable to any prosecution even with the aid of Section 511 IPC since there is nothing to indicate that in attempting to commit the offence, petitioner did any act towards the commission thereof' is to be deleted.
