It is informed by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant that the date of birth of his minor son Sudharshan is 04.08.2006 and at the time of filing Guardian O.P. before the Lower Court, his age is two years. However, he is going to attain majority within a period of ten months. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in the above civil miscellaneous appeal.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
