This writ petition is filed to issue a mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2011 as per concession agreement dated 30.04.2008. 2.Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the period of memorandum of understanding sought to be implemented itself was over and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
