ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 17th respondent to consider and pass orders on the appeal petition dated 15.4.2014 within a time frame. 2.

The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous for the reason that the respondent had disposed of the appeal by order dated 28.5.2015.

In view of the representation made by the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
