A Memo had been filed by the learned counsel for the appellants, seeking to convert the Second Appeal as Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal since, the appeal emanates from the Judgment and decree in C.M.A.No.8 of 2001, passed by the Sub Court at Vellore/Land Acquisition Tribunal.

3.Registry may convert the Second Appeal as Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal. If additional Court Fees have been paid, the excess Court Fees may be refunded to the learned counsel for the appellants after on proper identification and undertaking.
